TANKII Zinc Thermal Spray Wire is a 99.99% pure zinc wire specifically designed for spraying in arc spray and flame spray systems. It produces a dense, well bonded coating that is ideal for corrosion protection of steel, electrical conductivity, applications and mold making. It is also used as a bond coat when spraying metals onto non-metallic substrates.

Products are generally supplied in standard cardboard boxes, pallets, wooden boxes. Special packaging requirements can also be accommodated. (also depend on the customers' requirements)

For the Thermal spray wires , we pack the wires on spools. Then put spools into cartons, Then put the cartons onto pallet.
