1.Product Detail:
Nickel-Chromium alloy Resistohm 60 (Ni 60%, Cr 15%) is also called Ni60Cr15,Chromel C, Nikrothal 60, N6, HAI-NiCr 60, Tophet C,
Resistohm 60, Cronifer II,Electroloy, Nichrome, Aleación C, Alloy
675,Nikrothal 6, MWS-675, Stablohm 675,NiCrC.
It is a non-magnetic material with high corrosion and oxidation
resistance however its corrosion resistance potential is lesser
than TANKII. Fine resistance to aqueous corrosion as it
significantly prevents deformation when kept in contact of liquid
solutions, and provides longer service life. It has the highest
service temperature up to 1150oC or 2100oF.
Nichrome 60 is an excellent electric resistance heating material
for insulation and other equipments. At the elevated temperatures,
it prevents embrittlement to provide longer than expected life.
Fine plasticity upon cold processing, easy weldability and it can
be shaped to meet the application needs.

2.Applications
Industrial furnaces, metals melting, hair dryers, ceramic supports
in incinerators
Nickel-chromium, nickel-chromium alloy with high and stable
resistance, corrosion resistance, surface resistance to oxidation
is good, under high temperature and seismic strength better
ductility, better working capacity, and better welding.
NiCr6015 is widely used in house hollows, like, grills, toaster
hobs, air heater, hand dryer and etc.
NiCr6015 is widely used in heating elements that are made for
industrial heating furnaces, such as tempering furnaces and drying
ovens
