Descriptions of Pure Nickel Wire

Pure Nickel strip has excellent mechanical property and anti-corrosion property. The alloy is used to make electrical vacuum device, electronic instrument components and anti-corrosion materials for chemical industry.

The nickel wire are made by advanced vacuum melting process and by forging, rolling, annealing and drawing, It is acid resisting and alkali resisting. The products are used in electric apparatus and chemical machinery.

A commercially pure nickel(typically 99.6% nickel), Nickel 201 is essentially the same as nickel 200, but with lower carbon content to prevent embrittlement by inter granular carbon at temperatures over 325°c(600°F), lower carbon content also reduces hardness.
