NiAl 80/20 can be used as an adhesive coating and require minimal surface
treatment. Bond strengths in excess of 9000 psi can be obtained on
blasting surfaces of gravel. It has good resistance to high
temperature oxidation and abrasion, and excellent resistance to
impact and bending.

DESCRAPTION:
Nickel clad aluminum exothermic coating powder, and the substrate
with high strength, mainly used for spraying primer coating having
oxidation resistance; but also as a work piece surface coating or
repair. And ordinary carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel,
nitriding steel, cast iron, cast steel, nickel, magnesium,
zirconium, titanium, Monel, nickel-chromium alloy can achieve a
good metallurgical bond micro.
NiAl 80/20 is widely used as bond coat for subsequent thermal spray
topcoats and as a one step build up material for dimensional
restoration of aircraft engines.It show good resistance to high
temperature oxidation and abrasion, and excellent resistance to
impact and bending. Nickel Aluminum 80/20 thermal spray wires can
equivalent to: Tafa 79B, Sulzer Metco 405.

SURFACE PREPARATION:
Surface should be clean, white metal, with no oxides (rust), dirt, grease, or oil on the surface to be coated. Note: It is best not to handle surfaces after cleaning. Recommended method of preparationis, to grit blast with 24 mesh aluminum oxide, rough grind, or rough machine in a lathe.

1. What's the minimum quantity customer can order?
If we have your size in stock, we can provide any quantity you

If we do not have, for spool wire, we can produce 1 spool, about
2-3kg. For coil wire, 25kg.
